The one thing I have always been proud to say about The 30 Clean is that we are open to all diets, as long as the founding principal is based on real, high quality food. Even though our Challenges are based on an elimination-paleoesque diet for 30 days, we do not expect everyone to live by Challenge guidelines 365 days out of the year. We know that every body is different and we respect that some people have vegan principles while others may want to dabble in a ketogenic or macrobiotic diet. In fact, learning about the way different foods can make us feel is very important and the best way to determine your personal health code.
